Note that my room was fairly cold ambient was around 15C when I fired the PC up, but I generally find that my CPU idle temps with my water cooled setup hover around 10 to 15C above ambient max. Please note you may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below.

Asus Pci Data Acquisition Driver But NoPCI Data Acquisition and SIngal Processing Controller Windows update tryed to find driver but no luck. For what is this used Here are HW IDs: PCIVEN8086DEV8CA4SUBSYS85341043REV00 PCIVEN8086DEV8CA4SUBSYS85341043 PCIVEN8086DEV8CA4CC118000 PCIVEN8086DEV8CA4CC1180. ![]() Asus Pci Data Acquisition Drivers And NotIn my case I found that re-installing the Intel Chipset drivers and not the MEI did the trick for me. For whatever reason - I had originally installed the Intel Chipset and MEI drivers very early in my new build as I ensure that these are the very first drivers I install in any new build. For some reason, a few days later I noticed that the PCI Data Acquisition and SIngal Processing Controller issue cropped up and I am certain that it was not there previously. Note that I have been doing some OC and stability testing with this new build and it is entirely likely that my original install got messed up at some point - who knows. I have since rebuilt the OS on this PC as I now have it OCd and 100 stable 4.8GHz - it has been fine since then which has been about a week ago. BIOS 1002 version What BIOS version you are running so if BIOS is problem i could try to revert to older one. Also noting ambient temp is critical when quoting CPU temps as well as your core voltage settings etc. Im utilising BIOS ver 1002 and have currently left C States at their default auto setting Havent bothered to tinker with these. My core voltage is set to 1.290v and cache voltage is 1.270 all manually fixed ie not running adaptive - CPU frequ is set to 4.8GHz and the cache is running 4.6GHz. Here is a snapshot of HWINFO which shows my cpu idle temps this morning. But when i switch CStates from Auto to Enabled then they go under 40C Temps where same on every BIOS version i tryed from stock BIOS version to 1002 Im using BIOS ver 1002 Also im haveing bad time failing to install AMDA00 Interface every time i reinstall Windows. Once i had luck and posted here on forums.
